Anatoliy Solovianenko (1944-1999) was a Ukrainian operatic tenor who gained worldwide recognition for his powerful and refined singing voice. He was born in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, and began his musical studies at the Kiev Conservatory. Solovianenko made his professional debut in 1969 at the Kiev Opera Theatre, where he quickly became a leading tenor.
